Refund and Cancellation Policy for Indian Customers

1. Introduction

At InGenious Flutes, we strive to provide you with high-quality custom flutes and keys. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for orders placed by Indian customers.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation Before Shipment:

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been shipped.

  • To cancel an order, email us with your order number and cancellation request.​

 

2.2 Cancellation After Shipment:

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the product in accordance with our refund policy, provided it meets the criteria outlined below.​

 

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only available for non-customized orders. Customized orders, which are tailored to your specific requirements, are not eligible for refunds.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

3.2 Conditions for Refunds:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition with all packaging, labels, and documentation intact.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Provide clear photographs of the damage or defect along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

3.3 Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

3.4 Return Shipping Costs:

  • For eligible returns, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received by us.​

 

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are not offered. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow our refund policy to return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom orders, clearance sale items, and products with signs of use or damage are not eligible for refunds.
