Customized orders are tailored to your specifications and are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable once the production process has begun.

Payments must be made in full at the time of order. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Policy:

Standard orders will be processed and shipped within 3 to 5 days depending on stock of standard flutes. For customized orders making time varies from 7 days to 14 days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and other factors.

4.2 Customs and Duties:

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.

4.3 Delivery Issues:

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy:

Non-customized products may be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original, unused condition. Customized products and clearance sale items are not eligible for refunds.

5.2 Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
